John M. Kopack
 
John was born in Gary and is a lifelong resident of Lake County, Indiana. He attended Merrillville High School where he played football and worked in the summer at a steel mill in East Chicago. After graduating Magna Cum Laude from Indiana State University in 1974, he was awarded a Juris Doctorate degree from the Indiana University School of Law in Bloomington, Indiana and began a law practice in Merrillville in 1978. John has dedicated his law practice and efforts to the representation of the underdog, representing injury victims and families who suffer losses from personal injuries, medical malpractice, construction accidents and wrongful death.  In his representation of people who have suffered tragic injuries or death from auto or truck accidents, medical malpractice or industrial accidents, John has appeared in federal and state courts throughout Indiana as he fought for and sought justice for his clients.
